Summary

Blossoming Futures Behaviour Consultancy is a compassionate, child-centred service providing high-quality therapy to autistic children. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team on a self-employed, subcontractor basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behaviours and enhance learning. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting the individual needs of each child while fostering a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
Implement ABA-based programmes under BCBA supervision.
Deliver 1:1 therapy in home, school, or community settings
Collect and record data to track progress.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
Maintain professional conduct, safeguarding, and confidentiality.

Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) – travel between client locations is required
Experience with autistic individuals (preferred but not essential).
Understanding of ABA principles (training provided).
Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Must be eligible to work in the UK as a self-employed subcontractor
(Please note: This role is not suitable for student visa holders who are restricted from self-employment.)
