Summary
Your new company
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Company Secretary at one of our clients' offices in YO19 to cover sickness. This role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and until 24th December, with the potential to be extended. There will be some potential for flexible/hybrid working, but it will predominantly be office-based.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Your new role
Supporting the Company Secretary, you will be undertaking duties including but not limited to:
- Drafting letters and typing minutes
- Managing inbox and calendar
- Answering calls and coordinating executive travel
- General administrative support
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous PA experience at executive level
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately
What you'll get in return
£20 an hour pay rate
Some flexibility in working hours/location
Potential for extension post 24th December
