Summary
Production & Manufacturing Operatives – Immediate Start!
Location: Rochdale Centre
Pay Rate: £12.24 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) + occasional 8am–5pm shift. Applicants MUST be able to commit to these shifts.
Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting Production, Manufacturing, and Factory Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the heart of Rochdale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team carrying out a variety of production tasks, including:
• Bonding (gluing) and assembling materials
• Sanding and prepping components
• Working within the build department
• Supporting general factory and manufacturing duties
This is a physical, practical role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with their hands.
About You:

• Factory, manufacturing, or production work
• Warehouse or assembly roles
• Any other hands-on or practical position
