Role Overview:
I am seeking an experienced Clinical Excellence Lead to oversee and develop a team of nurses. In this pivotal role, you will ensure high-quality, safe patient care while fostering professional growth and excellence within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care.
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and best practices.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain patient safety standards.
Conduct audits, performance reviews, and staff appraisals.
Mentor and coach nursing staff to foster professional development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practice.
Report on clinical outcomes and recommend improvements to senior management.
Person Specification:
Current NMC registration with a valid PIN is essential.
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, managing nursing staff.
Strong understanding of quality improvement and patient safety principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence a multidisciplinary team.
Relevant clinical qualifications and healthcare experience.
