Key Details:

Salary: £25,000+ per annum OR minimum £100 per day
Temporary long-term or 1-year fixed-term contract (until July)
Strong possibility to progress onto teacher training in September
Located in North West London with excellent transport links (Tube, Overground & bus routes)
Full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils across Key Stages 3–5, working closely with subject teachers to enhance learning in and out of the classroom.

Your role may include leading small intervention groups, offering one-to-one academic support, helping to manage classroom dynamics, and contributing to enrichment activities.

You’ll gain real-world experience of lesson delivery, behaviour management, curriculum planning, and the inner workings of a successful secondary school—all invaluable preparation for a future PGCE or school-based teacher-training route.
