Summary

Our client, a leading care provider in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with various needs, providing them with the support and care they require to lead fulfilling lives.

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with a diverse group of individuals, assisting them with daily tasks and activities. Your primary focus will be to promote their independence, well-being, and quality of life. You will be responsible for:
- Providing personalised support to individuals in their homes and the community
- Assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in social activities and hobbies
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and outings
- Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
