Are you a passionate and nurturing Nursery Teacher with EYTS or QTS? Do you have direct experience teaching in a nursery or Early Years setting?

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Edgbaston that are looking for a confident practitioner to join their Early Years team and create a joyful, stimulating learning environment for their youngest learners. You'll be joining a well-resourced setting with a supportive leadership team who value creativity and a child-led approach. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher who loves Early Years education and is looking to make a lasting impact.

Your Role:

· Leading a nursery class with planning, teaching, and assessment responsibilities

· Creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities tailored to the EYFS framework

· Supporting each child's individual development through observation and next steps

· Working closely with support staff, parents, and SLT to ensure strong outcomes

· Contributing to a caring and inclusive learning environment

Why Work with Long Term Futures?

· Long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent role.

· No day-to-day supply - full-time consistency in one school.

· Dedicated support throughout your placement.

· Trial days instead of formal interviews to ensure the right fit.

· Access to free CPD training, including Understanding Autism, Behaviour Management, and further professional development/refreshers.

What We're Looking For:

· A Level 6 qualification in an Early Years related subject (EYTS or QTS also considered)

· Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teacher in the UK

· Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework

· Confident classroom management and a nurturing approach

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Next Steps - Our 4-Step Process

1. Apply - Submit your CV via the application page.

2. Initial Call - Our team will discuss your experience and preferences.

3. Trial Day - Experience the school before making a decision.

4. Start Work - If the school is the right fit, you're ready to begin.

All applicants will need a valid DBS and two references to be considered for a trial day.
