Summary

Mental Health - Senior Manager, Head of Service. Children & Young People's Mental Health. Swindon, Wiltshire. 30 hours per week - work pattern flexible to suit, with hybrid working.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned mental health professional to join a national healthcare organisation, heading up a pioneering mental health service. This is a specialist mental health service for children and young people, but applications are welcomed from senior mental health professionals who have worked with any client groups.

You will have a relevant qualification in an area of mental health, with clinical knowledge and experience including specialist psychological assessments & treatments, and you will hold a relevant mental health related professional qualification.

The ideal person will have a genuine passion for healthcare, in particular mental health services, and be able to lead and build high-performing teams whilst forging relationships with a full range of stakeholders. You will be comfortable juggling a varied workload, which will include clinical supervision of the teams, stakeholder engagement (families, commissioners, CAMHS, partner organisations etc), contract performance management and ongoing project management of service developments and new initiatives. You will ensure high levels of quality within the service, overseeing governance and safeguarding and ensuring best practice is always at the heart of the service.
