Greenwich Home Care is a new, high-standards domiciliary care provider dedicated to becoming the first choice for home care in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We are looking for caring, reliable Care Workers to join our community team. You will visit clients in their own homes to provide companionship, personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation and support with daily living. You will follow agreed care plans, use our electronic care system (including e-MAR) to record visits, and report any changes or concerns so we can respond quickly and keep people safe.
