We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Workplace Services Coordinator to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our site and ensure it remains a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
This position is central to supporting the Regional Workplace Services Manager (RWSM) and delivering comprehensive facilities services across the site.
Job Description
As the Workplace Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for onsite services, health and safety inductions, and office operations.
You will manage meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and the site facilities team, while ensuring compliance with health and safety and security procedures.
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and the confidence to work independently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Support the RWSM in the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across the site.
Perform health and safety inductions for all visitors and contractors.
Manage meeting rooms, including scheduling and catering arrangements.
Oversee courier services and ensure timely handling of deliveries.
Ensure facilities remain safe, effective, and compliant with company standards.
Assist with services such as security, cleaning, maintenance, and office support.
Manage the site facilities team and promote good waste management practices.
Liaise with business units to support their operational needs and service delivery.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer liaison abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Previous customer-facing experience is desirable.
