Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Hammersmith - Prestigious Commercial Office - Client Facing - Up to £45,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Hammersmith. CBW are currently recruiting for an static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building based in Hammersmith.
The building has a on-site gym, a luxury cafe to get yourself a coffee and a cake. The closest tube station is Hammersmith that is located 5 minutes away from the site. The connecting lines are - Hammersmith and City lines, District lines and the circle line. Heathrow airport is only 20 minutes away via a car, and Heathrow is also 40 minutes away via public transport.
My Client is a well established FM provider that is privately owned, they have over 20 years experience providing a range of hard FM services across London and the Home Counties. They specialise in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, air conditioning and refrigeration.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, plenty of overtime available, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, further training and further career progression, 1 in 4 call outs, 3% pension.
Hours Of Work:
7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm Test's
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Pumps, Motors
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
- General building fabric
- Escort sub contractors
Requirements
- Electrically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
- City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honest, hard working and reliable
