Summary
We are a prestigious, independently owned country manor house hotel and restaurant set in beautiful grounds, renowned for exceptional dining experiences, weddings, and events. We’re looking for passionate, professional, and personable Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team.
The Role
-Delivering polished, attentive table service in our fine-dining restaurant, private dining rooms, afternoon tea lounge, and at weddings & events
-Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and ensuring every visit feels special
-Working with a small, dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality
-Assisting with room set-ups, event service, and occasional bar duties
-Full-time and part-time positions available (flexible hours, including evenings and weekends)
About You
-Previous experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, or event environment (essential)
-A natural flair for hospitality – you love looking after people and take pride in the details
-Excellent grooming and a professional, confident demeanor
-Strong knowledge of food & wine service (or eagerness to learn)
-Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
-Reliable, punctual, and a real team player
