Summary

Job Description:

Our key client is looking to appoint an outstanding Fabricator to play an integral part within their workshop and from time to tie, going out fulfilling site work.

Fabricator

Duties:
- Assemble and fabricate metal parts and components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings

- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and join metal pieces
- Perform basic math calculations to measure and mark dimensions accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
-STEEL FABRICATOR REQUIRED:

This is a family-owned business for a Steel Fabricator to join their Company. Excellent location, plenty of free parking and lots of additional benefits.

The role reports in to senior management and the working week is as follows - Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week. (most breaks and lunches are unpaid) Regular overtime available.

Our client has fantastic machinery and equipment, where a lot of investment has been made, the company is growing and can offer a lot of opportunity.

A lot of what our client does is fabricating mild steel platforms, stairways, and balustrades ranging in thickness accordingly.

We are wanting someone with a strong fabrication background, and someone who is eager to secure a role and progress. Experience of Mig/Tig Welding is an advantage although not essential.

Our client is conducting interviews with a view to a strong candidate starting quickly.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a fabricator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
