Your new company


My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. This role is key to supporting the delivery of training and development initiatives across the business. You will ensure smooth coordination of learning activities, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional administrative support to the L&D function.


Your new role

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate training records and update learning management systems
  • Prepare training materials and ensure resources are available for sessions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers to arrange training logistics.
  • Monitor attendance and completion rates, producing regular reports for management.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring new starters have access to required learning.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding training and development opportunities.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or L&D
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
