Summary
We are a busy and growing café in Brick lane, London, known for great coffee, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and help expand our delivery operations across platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experience.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Manage and grow online delivery operations (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Handle cash management and reporting.
• Work closely with the owner to implement business growth strategies.
Requirements
• Proven experience in café or restaurant management.
• Strong understanding of delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship available after successful 3-month probation period).
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MANAGER AND STRONG UNDERSTANDING IN FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORMS LIKE UBEREATS, DELIVEROO, JUST EAT.
