The hospital Social Work Team is seeking an experienced Homecare Liaison Officer with a sound knowledge of working in a provision service. You will have experience of working directly with the public and have proven organisational skills. Knowledge of domiciliary care service/purchasing care from private provider agencies is desirable.

You should have excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) as well as experience of using IT/data inputting.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.

This post is temporary for 12 months.
