The postholder will be responsible for providing a proactive, supportive and effective exams service to students and staff. You will support the Examinations Officer with effective organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations and assessments across all modes of attendance. You will undertake a variety of administrative work relating to all aspects of the examination procedure, including processing examination entries, entering data onto computerised systems, preparing examination timetables, supervising exams and liaising with Exam Boards, students and College staff. You will be based at Uxbridge but will need to be willing and able to travel to our other sites when required.
You will need to have experience of working in a busy administrative role with good working knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Excel. Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and developed a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre in 2024.
This exciting and innovative new learning environment is located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links – it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
