Summary
Start date: As soon as possible after the closing date 37 hours per week (8 till 4 Mon to Thurs, 8 till 3.30 Friday).Term-Time, plus TD Days plus one week during the August School HolidayWorking Weeks: 40 weeks pa - paid weeks pa: 46 (includes holiday and Bank Holiday pay)The Corsham School Academy Group seeks to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic C6th Pastoral and Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant C6th school community. We are seeking an exceptional individual who is positive, efficient, innovative, and highly organised to fulfil the smooth running of our C6th along with supporting the wellbeing and academic success of our students. What you’ll do:Provide high-quality administrative support for the Sixth Form team.Deliver dedicated pastoral support, mentoring, and SEMH interventions.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.Support attendance, finance, and student progression processes.What we’re looking for:Excellent communication and organisational skills.Empathy, resilience, and ability to motivate young people.Strong IT skills (MS Office, SIMS, Teams).Experience in education or youth support (desirable).
