This Senior Officer post will lead on the development and embedding of trauma-informed practice across North Lanarkshire, working with services to design and deliver initiatives in the development of trauma-informed approaches for staff and services at all levels in the council and Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). You will also engage and involve individuals with lived experience as a fundamental component of ensuring services are trauma informed. This is a key role which will make a real difference to transforming how individuals experience support and services.
