We are seeking an Asset Data Coordinator to join our Technical Services team and play a key role in maintaining accurate asset information and ensuring well-planned maintenance schedules within our CAFM environment.
This position is integral to supporting operational efficiency and compliance across our asset management processes.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage asset and PPM data, validate templates, schedule planned maintenance activities, audit completed work, and assist with mobilisation projects.
Working closely with operational leads, engineers, and stakeholders, you will help maintain high data quality standards and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate asset and PPM data within the CAFM system.
Prepare, validate, and update templates for asset and maintenance schedules.
Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules for physical assets.
Audit completed work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Support mobilisation projects and data setup for new contracts.
Monitor data entry procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
Collaborate with operational teams, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve data issues.
Assist the Asset Data Manager and Product Manager with agreed data management activities.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets.
CAFM experience desirable (training provided if required).
