Warehouse Operative
Immediate starts available.
Sleaford – NG34 £13.13ph + overtime. Temporary with the potential to become Permanent.
39 paid hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm / 1pm - 9pm rotating weekly shifts with earlier finish Fridays.
28 days which will increase with length of service, annual pay increases, Health and Wellbeing support, free car parking and PPE.
Our family-owned client is a multi-million pound business, who are looking for a warehouse operative with a counterbalance forklift licence. This is to join their experienced and ever growing team on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right person. This role has become available due to continued success, expansion and promotions from within their warehouse team.
Job role as the warehouse operative your daily duties are:
• Operating a forklift Counterbalance to load and unload
• Goods-in - carrying out inspections of incoming materials and checking for and reporting damages.
• Goods-out - checking items for damages against customer requirements, checking details against delivery note.
• Checking paperwork and using scanners
• Keeping site and warehouse clean and tidy.
Requirements of the warehouse operative role you will have:
• An up-to-date forklift counterbalance licence, accredited (not in house).
• A positive attitude, and a willingness to support the team are key.
• Good fitness is essential,
• Can do attitude and the ability to work in a team.
