We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a true passion for food and a desire to build a rewarding career with exceptional development and support.
As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team to prepare high-quality dishes and help deliver an outstanding catering service across our sites.
The Role
Prepare delicious, high-quality food in line with company standards
Support all aspects of food service, including preparation, production, operation, and presentation
Lead and provide food and beverages at service counters, ensuring sufficient supplies throughout service periods
Deliver outstanding catering services both in and out of the kitchen
Assist with restaurant and hospitality service delivery on-site (and at other sites when required)
Serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
Maintain excellent general hygiene and ensure your working area is clean and tidy at all times
Work to deadlines, ensuring prompt and efficient service of meals
Follow all statutory Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, upholding a secure and safe environment
About You
NVQ Level 2 (or working toward it) in Professional Cookery, an equivalent cookery qualification, or relevant industry experience
A genuine passion for great-tasting food and excellent service
Strong understanding of food hygiene principles
A brilliant communicator who can build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
A supportive and helpful team player with a desire to succeed
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality
Exceptional timekeeping, reliability, and a professional attitude
