Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the daily operations of our busy, customer-focused restaurant. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest service
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
* Monitor staff performance and support training and development
* Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to improve service and efficiency
* Oversee bookings, staff schedules, and inventory control
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-focused with a hands-on management style
* Familiar with POS systems, rotas, health & safety, and budgeting
* Eligibility to work in the UK
