Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Indian Curry Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of traditional and modern Indian curry dishes, a passion for authentic flavours, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Indian curry dishes
Ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Train junior kitchen staff when necessary
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Indian curry cooking in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of regional Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Basic English communication skills preferred
Eligibility to work in the UK
