We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Analyst to join our Technology Design & Delivery team, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our business applications are robust, efficient, and aligned with organisational goals.
Our Application Analyst role is pivotal in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our application landscape, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
About the role:
As an Application Analyst, you’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation to provide expert support for business applications, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions. You’ll work with third-party vendors, deliver training and documentation, and help identify opportunities for improvement. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to evaluate processes and systems, ensuring our technology solutions are “fit for purpose” and future-ready.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience supporting and maintaining business applications in a similar environment
ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications
Strong technical skills in application support, configuration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with business process analysis and translating requirements into solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and requirements
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, architects, and other IT professionals
