We’re looking for a warm, reliable and upbeat Personal Assistant to support a vibrant 21-year-old woman in her day-to-day life, both at home and out in the community. This role is all about helping her live her best life—encouraging independence, building confidence, and creating a fun, supportive environment where she can flourish.
As her PA, you’ll be involved in a variety of everyday activities, from assisting with tasks at home to accompanying her on outings and social activities. You’ll play a key role in helping her grow her independence while still offering the support she needs to thrive. No two days will be the same, and the right person will enjoy being part of a flexible, engaging and meaningful routine.
A full driver’s licence is essential, as you will need to be able to drive and be insured on the employer’s vehicle, though having your own vehicle is preferred. Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a sense of initiative, and a genuine desire to make a difference in someone’s life.

Duties include:
- Medication prompting/administering
- Personal grooming
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Moving and handling
- Other relevant duties as required
- Housekeeping
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Dressing / undressing
- Bathroom assistance
- Minor clinical tasks may be needed with training provided, but not currently needed
- Minor housekeeping to ensure keep areas safe and clean
- Light cooking
- Possibly may need to assist with caring for/walking pet dogs but this would be very rare
Candidate qualities:

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
