Influence strategic decisions on tooling, frameworks, and quality processes.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape quality engineering roadmaps.
-
Implement, review, contribute and mentor at every layer across testing.

Strong background in Testing & Quality Assurance, including automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, JUnit, Appium, RestAssured).
-
Proficiency in C# & Typescript with experience in REST API development and microservice architectures.
-
In-depth understanding of performance testing (Loadrunner, Bees-with-machine-guns)
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration, test data management, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, X-ray).
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and absolute comfort with Containers, Serverless and Ephemeral infrastructure for branch testing, etc.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking
-
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineers within multi-skilled teams.
-
Ability to set direction, influence strategy, and drive process improvements.
-
A self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously and making decisions that shape the future of quality engineering.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
-
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and advocate for quality.
-
Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

And it's why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We're disability confident. So, if you'd like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
