Summary

Nursing Home Manager – £55,000

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
  • Registered Nurse qualification with NMC PIN or Level 5 Health & Social Care leadership qualification
  • Must be registered with the CQC
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and clinical governance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home
  • Maintain and improve CQC compliance, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the service
  • Support and mentor staff to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, audits, and governance processes
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practice care standards
  • Represent the home as the Registered Manager with the CQC
