What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
- Registered Nurse qualification with NMC PIN or Level 5 Health & Social Care leadership qualification
- Must be registered with the CQC
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and clinical governance

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home
- Maintain and improve CQC compliance, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the service
- Support and mentor staff to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Oversee budgets, staffing, audits, and governance processes
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practice care standards
- Represent the home as the Registered Manager with the CQC
