Summary
To support the Complaints or PALS team in moving forward and achieving the Trusts corporate objectives. Build and maintain good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff in the clinical services and corporate departments. Ensure systems are in place to communicate key issues identified by Complaints or PALS to related functions within the Trust.
