Summary
The Pharmacy department hold a MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) Wholesale Dealers Licence. A key part of this role is ensuring legislation and regulations are abided by, and working with the Pharmacy Procurement Specialist to ensure audits and actions are undertaken to ensure compliance. The post holder must be able to prioritise their workload, collaborate with Pharmacy stakeholders and Trust staff and communicate effectively. The ability to plan and implement change is also essential, as is emotional intelligence and the ability to work as a team, being flexible and strong interpersonal skills. The post is full time, to be worked Monday to Friday. There is also a requirement to work 1 in 10 weekends with corresponding time off during the week and to participate in the bank holiday rota, currently minimum 1 per year.
