Summary
Equans is looking for a Handy Person to join our team in Moderna, Oxford, OX11 0GN on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,000.00 - £33,120.00 depending on skills and experience and benefits package. Shift Times Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.00. What will you deliver?As the Handy person Operative, you will be part of a small department delivering the required tasks. You will work closely with Contract Managers & Supervisors to ensure all works (PPM, reactive & quoted) are processed and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements. Supporting the customer on embedding system processes and compliance Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification anddocumented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel timeswith appropriate comments to evidence completion of workEnsure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdownworks and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator. Completesupplementary documentation / E-Forms relating to the maintenance task as dictated byyour line managerUpdate customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times andprovide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works requiredEnsure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlightingareas where improvements can be made. Identify and record all plant failures usingquotation forms and issue to line manager. This is to be indicated and recorded within theCAFM systemEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceableorder. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorisedby the clientStock management using client’s system to order lab stock and distribute these to therelevant work areaEnsure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive worksTo provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial worksTo attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normalworking hours (call outs).
