Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable, high volume residential developer based in Guildford. This is a rare opportunity to take the next step in your career within a growing and well established organisation.
Role overview
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of the development, overseeing site costs and working closely with on site teams. You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Support pre-construction activities
- Procure a range of subcontract packages
- Manage and process variations
- Assist with the preparation of monthly CVR's
Key requirements
- HNC or Degree in relevant discipline
- Previous experience within a residential developer is highly advantageous
- Driven, ambitious and proactive approach
- Experience with COINS is desirable
