Summary

Comercial Camp and Activity Leader

To commence January 2026

Permanent, full time

Working closely with the Commercial Manager at the heart of our commercial operations. You will be the friendly, capable face that welcomes visiting groups and immersion programmes to Clayesmore, ensuring participants are safe, supported, and fully engaged throughout their stay.

This is a hands-on role that will involve planning activities and coordinating logistics to leading sessions, supervising pupils, and supporting visiting staff. You will play a vital role in creating a positive, enriching experience for every guest. You will also support wider commercial functions—including weddings, conferences, and holiday lets—making this a truly diverse and rewarding position.

As part of the immersion and residential programme, the post-holder will occasionally be required to stay onsite overnight to support visiting groups. All food and accommodation will be provided during these stays.

This is a busy, high-energy role that offers huge variety and the opportunity to make a real impact. If you are enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences for young people and thrive in a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

Closing date: 8:00am on Friday, 12 December 2026 at 8.00am
