Summary

CMD Specialist – Remote (UK)

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting for a CMD Specialist on behalf of our established North Europe client. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical individual with strong data management skills and confidence working across multiple systems.

The Role:
As a CMD Specialist, you will:

• Maintain and update accurate customer and product master data

  
  

• Act as the go-to contact for CMD queries in your assigned market

  
  

• Ensure correct product visibility, exclusivity rules and sales data

  
  

• Support order, shipment and return workflows through accurate system setup

  
  

• Work with systems including SAP, CRM tools and internal digital platforms

  
  

• Produce reports, dashboards and presentations using Microsoft Office

  
  

• Liaise with sales teams, showrooms and internal departments to resolve data issues

  
  

• Assist with new product releases and digital tool updates

  
  

• Prioritise incoming requests and manage multiple tasks effectively

  
  

• Take ownership of local CMD tasks and contribute to wider process improvements

  
  

  What You’ll Need:

  • Strong SAP navigation and database management skills

    
    

  • Excellent Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets

    
    

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

    
    

  • Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills

    
    

  • Ability to work independently with initiative and problem-solving ability

    
    

  • Fluent English; additional languages (French, Dutch, Nordic) are a bonus
