Casual Hours Contract

We are seeking to appoint highly motivated individuals to join our team of Cover Supervisors.
This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, support learning, and build confidence in managing a classroom. You'll cover pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
As a Cover Supervisor you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Qualifications: You hold GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above, or equivalent).
Experience: You have experience supporting learners in an educational environment and understand the school curriculum and teaching methods.
Skills: You possess strong behaviour management and ICT skills and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Personal Attributes: You are motivated to work with children, emotionally resilient, and committed to promoting student welfare, equality, and diversity.
We are looking for candidates who are:
Confident in leading a classroom and managing behavior.
Flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
Equipped with a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
Interested in pursuing a career in education.
