About the Role
Hays Education is delighted to be supporting a Primary School in Havering in recruiting a passionate and nurturing KS1 Class Teacher, Phase Lead and English Lead. Key Responsibilities
*Support the Principal and SLT in the effective running of the school.
*Lead curriculum, teaching, and assessment across KS1, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice.
*Use data to close learning gaps and plan for all pupils, including SEND, EAL, PP, and high prior attainers.
*Coach and mentor staff to ensure consistently strong teaching across the phase.
*Identify training needs and help colleagues grow in confidence and skill.
