Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial self-storage facility in Ashford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting to the Project Manager.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial new-build projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SMSTS certification and CSCS card required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
