Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Days: Monday - Friday

About the role
- Support learners aged 16-25 with a variety of learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Provide academic support, pastoral care, and assist with personal care needs when required.
- Work in small groups and one‑to‑one settings, helping students build confidence, independence, and employability skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
- Immediately available and ready to start once compliance is cleared.
- Experience supporting young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks.
- Resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping learners succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Willingness to complete compliance checks (DBS, references, training).
