Summary
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our growing team in Hereford. You will be supporting adults in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Support with mobility, medication prompts, and meal preparation
Offer emotional support and companionship
Assist with light household tasks
Follow individual care plans to deliver person-centred support
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff
Work in line with company policies, safeguarding procedures, and CQC standards
