What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work:36 Hours Per Week - Shifts Between 07:00 - 21:00
In this role, you can expect to support people in their own homes with a variety of daily tasks. This includes:
• Offering friendly companionship
• Assisting with personal care
• Helping with meal preparation
• Prompting medication
• Supporting mobility
• Follow individual care plans
• Report any concerns and uphold safeguarding at all times.
