We are seeking to appoint a Welfare Manager to join our highly successful pastoral and welfare team from January 2026.
This non-teaching role provides pastoral support for students to ensure a high standard of learning, behaviour and achievement for all. You will work closely with the tutor team, students, teaching staff and Learning Support. You will be an excellent networker and team player and will have an understanding of safeguarding issues and relevant experience of working with young people and external agencies. You will have a positive, solution focused outlook, perform well under pressure and possess excellent skills in communication, managing relationships, resolving conflict and shaping the future.
