We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and highly motivated Road Sweeper Driver to become an integral part of our expanding External Services Team—an essential team committed to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the University’s hard standings and car parks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, finds satisfaction in contributing to a well-kept and welcoming environment and feels confident both operating a vehicle and performing hands-on tasks on foot. If you take pride in elevating the everyday spaces that shape our community, this opportunity could be the role for you.
As a Road Sweeper Driver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the university’s external estate through the skilled and responsible operation of our compact road sweeper. Your technical abilities and commitment to excellence will help create clean, accessible, and inspiring outdoor environments that support the well-being of students, staff, and visitors alike.
This is a highly practical and active position that places you at the heart of the campus experience. Your physical presence on site—working outdoors in all seasons—will be essential as you apply your expertise in external street cleaning and environmental improvements.
