Summary
As a Business Adminstrator Apprentice, you will play a vital role on supporting the day-to-day operations within our charity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the community.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. All necessary training will be provided, all costs will be covered by E2.
The successful candidate will be expected to work from Monday to Friday (9:00am - 3:00pm).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, responding to emails and filing paperwork.
Contribute to the success of the team and organisation
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth delivery of services
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ideally aged between 16 - 18 looking for their first job
English and Maths (Level 2 Equivalent - however not compulsory as qualifications can be offered whilst completing the apprenticeship)
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Passion for making a difference in the community
Be committed to completing a Level 3 Business Adminstrator Apprenticeship over the course of 18 months
Be available to work Monday - Friday (9:00am - 3:00pm)
Strong communication skills
Be willing to work as part of a team and independently
Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
