Summary
To be the lead for any projects that have an effect on the Trusts clinical systems. To project coordinate system upgrades and planned system downtime with 3rd party suppliers. Managing a team of testers in the department as well as other staff in other relevant departments. Act as 2nd line support for the system admin team, dealing with and resolving the more complex issues that arise with the clinical systems Triaging calls that come to the Change Advisory Board and either dealing with them or re-assigning as appropriate
