The Opportunity Were looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our supportive and well-established nursing team for 27 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. You will be joining a team thats proud of its strong systems, friendly culture and shares purpose providing exceptional care to our patients. Youll play a key role in delivering a full range of nursing services, with a particular focus on chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities Chronic disease management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, CHD etc.) Wound care and management Cervical screening Child and adult immunisations Ear irrigation Blood pressure monitoring and health checks Requesting and interpreting pathology tests Spirometry and peak flow readings Supporting the wider clinical team and contributing to service development About You NMC registered Experienced in (or willing to develop) chronic disease management Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise a busy workload A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Supportive, friendly team environment Opportunities for professional development and training On-site parking and excellent public transport links Modern, purpose-built premises in central Hove To Apply: Please submit your CV and a covering letter explaining why youd like to join our team or email them to Victoria.collings1@nhs.net .
