Summary
Organica (UK) Limited is a privately-owned company specialising in the production and supply of household laundry and cleaning products. We supply a number of national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products. All our products are manufactured at our Birkenhead premises.
We are looking for full-time Line Supervisors to join our expanding team at our production site in Birkenhead, Wirral.
The normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week
The working hours will be as follows:
• Monday – Saturday, 06:00 to 14:00; (Saturday to be worked when required.)
• Monday – Friday, 14:00 to 22:00
Job Requirements
• Supervision of line staff.
• Completion of production records.
• Supervision of product quality during production.
• Supervision of running of line.
• Supervision of line set up and changeover.
• Supervision of production output of line.
• Ensuring health and safety requirements are followed.
• Ensuring operating procedures are followed.
• Reporting to Shift Supervisors and Operations Manager.
Experience
• Experience of working in a production environment.
• Supervision of personnel would be essential.
• Full training will be provided.
