We are looking for a colleague who is dynamic, flexible, and willing to join a team who deliver high clinical standards to both Respiratory and Allergy patients. There will be opportunities to get involved in service development as the department evolves its clinical work in a changing NHS environment. The successful applicant will therefore be expected to work collaboratively with our strong multi-disciplinary team to actively drive further service development.

The appointee will be encouraged to support and develop established research and teaching links with Nottingham University. All our consultants are appointed as Clinical Teachers by Nottingham University.

New consultants are actively supported at NUH with a mentoring programme in their early years as a consultant as well as an additional 0.5 PA in the first year to allow development of skills relevant to their new role.
