Core Purpose: To provide outstanding care and education, creating a safe, stimulating environment where every child thrives, while continually growing and developing as a professional.

Professional Growth and Development
• Takes responsibility for own CPD (Continuous Professional Development)
• Actively participates in training, supervisions, and team development sessions
• Seeks out opportunities to learn, improve, and stay up-to-date with EYFS and safeguarding practices
Learning and Development
• Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging, child-led learning experiences
• Observes, assesses, and supports each child’s progress and next steps
• Adapts learning approaches to meet the needs of every child
Provision
• Maintains a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment
• Prepares purposeful play spaces and ensures resources are rotated and inviting
• Completes room risk assessments and daily health and safety checks
• Everyone is accountable for keeping children safe and speaking up through safeguarding or whistleblowing routes if they have any concerns
Customer Satisfaction
• Builds strong, caring relationships with children and families
• Communicates warmly and professionally during daily handovers and updates
• Represents the nursery’s high standards in every interaction
Team Contribution
• Collaborates positively with colleagues and shares best practice
• Supports a fun, respectful, and motivated team culture
• Brings energy, creativity, and teamwork to every day
