We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the breadth of our contract.
This position is central to designing, building, and maintaining Power BI solutions that support proactive performance management and client KPI reporting.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be adept at navigating complex raw data and transforming it into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.
You will have a passion for leveraging data and technology to improve operations and a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.
Translate complex raw data into meaningful analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
Capture, refine, and interpret business requirements to create effective BI solutions.
Define and calculate KPIs and performance metrics for the contract.
Develop and automate data extraction, loading, and transformation (ETL) processes.
Maintain BI products, including workspace administration and managing change requests.
Produce user documentation, training materials, and provide support for BI tool usage.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in reporting and data processes.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, visualisation).
Proficiency in data analysis and ETL/data manipulation.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 capability.
Ability to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
Excellent communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Organised, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
