I am looking for a friendly individual for 4 hours a week. I do have extra hours spare for extra when needed ie a day out that has been preplanned.
I have Autism, Chung Jansen Syndrome (where symptoms include obesity, body dismorphia and mental health issues) Asthma and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
I absolutely love dogs, football and am a big Newcastle United fan.
The support I am looking for someone that understands autism. Help with day to day living activities such as going to shopping, domestic cooking and maybe some walking (especially if there is a dog!).

• ✅ Respect confidentiality, boundaries, and the employer’s autonomy
• ✅ Adapt support to neurodiversity-informed and disability-aware practices
